It’s very simple.  iBoost is set up as a 501c3 non-profit organization.  We manage the funds raised by each participating club and we can take donations on behalf of the clubs as well.  It gives the clubs a single organization to manage financials and accounting so they can stay focused on giving the kids enriching experiences.  Not only do we take the burden of accounting off the clubs but we also can take tax-deductible donations on behalf of the clubs.
